Oh, hey nosey!
my blood approves,
and kisses are a better fate
than wisdom
a year from now we’ll all be gone
all our friends will move away
and they’re going to better places
but our friends will be gone away
nothing is as it has been
and i miss your face like hell
and i guess it’s just as well
but i miss your face like hell
been talking bout the way things change
and my family lives in a different state
and if you don’t know what to make of this
then we will not relate
so if you don’t know what to make of this
then we will not relate
rivers and roads
rivers and roads
rivers ‘til i reach you
I just received an anonymous question asking me if I’d ever been in love and I almost answered it point blank before deciding to elaborate here.
I think you should fall in love as often as possible, but never put too much stock in it. Love changes with time because people change with time. I no longer love the people I once thought I did, and whether or not “real love” can fade is entirely subjective. I can say, though, that when you love someone who is different from all the rest, you will know it. Maybe not immediately, but it will grow on you and one day you will wake up next to them or maybe apart or maybe they will kiss your face in a new way or the light will reflect off their skin just right and you will know, without a doubt, that you are in love with this person in a new way. Perhaps a better way. Maybe even the right way, whatever that means for you personally.
But only time can tell things like that. So have I ever been in love? Yes, absolutely. Love is the most beautiful thing in the world so I try to be immersed in it as often as possible.

I feel like a bad person for always thinking this: but about the Milgrim experiment people always talk about how controversial it is, and yeah, it truly was but I think to some extent society needed to understand just how messed up they are when it comes to authority. Not ethical in the least, but it is visionary and a brilliant understanding of people.
Some things never quite change. MFEO.
